Virtual items and virtual item groups may be moved or removed from other virtual items and groups as long as the virtual item group has not been approved. Certain topics (i.e. non change controlled attributes) may be altered after the group has been approved as can relationships to other objects, if the structure type is not a Virtual Item Baseline. Virtual item groups that are subject to change control can only be changed by adding it as an affected object to a change request.
